Dates Pudding .. Ramadan Desert Free of Refined Sugar

If you want to enjoy a healthy and nutritious desert that is free of refined sugar while gathering with families and friends in Ramadan nights, you should try dates pudding mouthwatering recipe.

Ingredients:

4 cups of skimmed milk
1 cup of pitted dates
1/3 cup of corn starch
1 tsp vanilla powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
Chopped pistachio

Recipe

In a mixer, mix dates with half of the milk amount, then pour them in a pan.

Add the remaining amount of milk, corn starch, then set on a medium heat with continuous stirring till you get a thick texture for the pudding.

Add vanilla and cinnamon powder then stir for an extra minute.

Pour the pudding in cups and spread some chopped pistachio on the top.
Keep the cups in the fridge for a while before eating.
